What version of Windows are you running?

Please post a memory dump, so it can be debugged. Most important are the stop codes.

See here (http://www.novell.com/support/kb/doc.php?id=7004093) for details on getting a memory dump. That or you can force a BSOD/memory dump by activating a registry DWORD CrashOnCtrlScroll with the value of 1, afterwards restart your PC and then hold down RightCtrl and press ScrollLck twice to initiate a BSOD. Write down the results. I wrote a simple Batch automating this here (http://evilzone.org/scripting-languages/%28batch%29-bsodready/).

So horrible. Can't read.

Try to reinstall your windows. That usually fixes BSOD issues.

Linux will take care of the issue for good. If you re-install Windows, the error will most likely happen again.

If it was an actual hardware issue like a bad stick of RAM or something, then neither one is going to solve it.

Linux fixes it for good , nice one techb.

Yeah RAM is often the problem when there is weird stuff going on.
In fact its always the first thing I check when I suspect hardware failure.
Just remove 1, try again ,remove next one etc.

This might be old but thats still relevant.

Exactly i tried installing several copies of windows 7 64bit still the issue isnt fixed
But my ram are still new and both identical and cant be demaged

Yes they can.
Even seen it on a brand new machine.
Just swap m in and out and make sure.

Saying; this cannot be true therefor it isnt true is rejecting science and replacing it with faith.

Haha it doesn't matter if it's new or not. It can still be damaged. It would definitely be worth a try to use known-good RAM to see if that's the issue or not.

If its the ram just run any RAM testing application.
If your PC crashes the awnser is obvious.

Some bootable nix distros have a memtest option at boot.

It's either software or hardware related. Run hard drive read tests(more than one; not the quick ones; see Hiren's BootCD for all the testing tools for this), run a mem test(one pass from memtest86+ should be enough) and if either of those throw errors then you found the culprit. MRI is another good testing software as it does everything(but it's hard to get), even testing the video adapter and different chips and buses on your motherboard. If there are errors during this test it could be a motherboard related issue. Yes components on the motherboard can die(USB or ethernet ports for example) and the motherboard will still function. This can cause blue screens as windows tries to initialize bad hardware; the results will be unpredictable(bsod).

If all of your software tests pass then reload your OS and that will take care of the issue. This is the quickest way to weed out the problem without having replacement or test parts.

Try using a good quality PSU (with 80 plus certification)

What does a PSU has to do with windows BSOD? and I don't think they measure "certification level" in percent...  or at all for that matter.

If not RAM is the culprit then it maybe faulty PSU.

Well in rare cases where the PSU doesnt supply enough power to critical components crashes are not uncommon , in the case of overclocking this becomes obvious.
