Nah Kulverstukas, it doesn't need high-end specs. I tried out an alpha version of Ubuntu Phone for my 2 year old Galaxy SL (1ghz singlecore sgx530 gpu) and it works, but not smoothly yet (no HW acceleration+RIL +no some other shit). I'm sure it will run as flawless as current CM10 builds run on the Galaxy S2, as Android is the base for Ubuntu Phone OS which I said earlier. The Galaxy S2, even though now old, is still a very powerful device so don't worry pune :)

I dunno why literally everyone loves the HTC One design. I don't find it attractive at all, infact I thought the older One family (One X, One S etc) had a much better design. Guess i'm just fucked up hahahah.

Hahahahah Snayler  ;D

Old news guys but Cyanogenmod are not willing to develop for Exynos variant of the S4 because of past experiences with older devices (Samsung not releasing sources).

I know this is gonna sound weird but I use stock TW 4.1 on my S2, just cause I can fool people with it  8) . I showed my friends my S2 with TW5 and said it was a prototype S3 thats why everything looks the same as S3 and they believed it hahah.

I'm not an apple fanboy, infact the only iDevice i have is a shitty 2010 iPod Shuffle.
I have a Galaxy SL, Galaxy S2, Galaxy Tab 10.1 so i'm pretty much anything but a apple fanboy.
Im looking forward to getting a HTC One S (don't judge me).

Imo, the S4 is garbage. Other than the processing power I believe there is no reason to upgrade to it. It's just full of Samsung's usual gimmicky features which you will never use/ if you use will not even work properly.

Dual booting is possible and it has already been done on many devices. You can dualboot on the Galaxy S2, Dualboot Cyanogenmod 10 + Stock TW 4.1 for example. For dualbooting to be supported by your phone it has to be implemented in kernel level. You can find many custom kernels on xda-developers for your S2. Dual booting will be possible for Ubuntu and Android, as Ubuntu Phone OS' base is Android.
