Hacking and Security / How Can I Hack My Schools Administrator Account?

Hi. I am a 9a92adbc0cee38ef658c71ce1b1bf8c65668f166bfb213644c895ccb1ad07a25 year old boy in scotland. I aspire to be as good a black hat hacker as the fictional character Aiden Pearce. But back to topic. How do I crack the Administrator account on a school pc, with no software, or hardware? If there is no way to do this, can you tell me some good, SAFE, software that I could put on a memory drive to do this? And are there any good programs out their that are free and good for begginers?
