I am going to attempt to get everything in here with the time I currently have and see what you guys come up with. However I want to say that with the way we are hashing this all out I think people will find this a good post. I may, if it works try to submit a bit of a tut on how it worked for me so others have it as a resource.
OK, Silent Circle if you look at the pricing page, https://silentcircle.com/pricing if shows that while you can make unlimitted calls to people who are using the service you can also call people who do not have the service and their lowest priced plan shows you can make 100 calls to regular phones. My research shows when calling someone not using the service then only your side is encrypted. I am also in control of my encryption key. I can generate my key each time I make a call and the key is not logged in any way. I also found a video where the CEO was interviewed by a guy and the posted interview was very telling. They did have a end to end encrypted email service but they shut it down last year because they found that it was not as secure as they had thought. He said it was shut down and the drives wiped then taken out of service because .... as he put it. You cant be compelled to turn over what you don't have. It was a paid service also.
I have been researching the Mac/SIM/IMEI address issue and I have bought one of those metal or copper cases that you can put your chipped credit cards in for privacy. I plan on putting the phone in it after removing the battery and wrapping it in tin foil when not in use. But remember I only plan to use it a couple times. I think these precautions will cover the phone and no, I do not plan on having my normal phone with me at any time while doing this. The one thing I am still looking into. I have a source that I trust and he has told me about a chip that has also been in all smart phones world wide. This chip broadcasts an intermittent chirp of data and runs for a while even if the battery is pulled out. He said it is in every phone made atleast in the western countries. If it is removed then the phone will not work. With my snooping I have found only one document to back this up and it was not online.
Someone asked and yes in the states every phone is locked to work only with the subscriber your contract is with. You move to another subscriber then you must get another phone.
So I am on my way thanks to this post in finding out important info that I need, I want to thank everyone so far and ask that any further info keep coming. I am also working toward a anon payment method. Leaning toward Darkwallet right now. Since I only want to move the funds around long enough to erase tracks before I try to turn it into cash and not hold it anywhere for a long time.
I may post again once I look over those links everyone has been posting for me. I do very much thank everyone!
