Found it on the Webs / Road from Europe to US?

So in this article from CNN from March 25, it talks about how Russia proposed a road to stretch from England to New York. Can you image the possibilities what that would mean to literally be connected to all inhabited continents? Crazy stuff. The image of where the road would stretch is included in the original article.

Yo so there was a plan created in 2014 in the FCC (Federal Communications Commission, U.S) that the internet be controlled by your current service provider. (Sprint, AT&T, ect.) giving them the power to control what websites work, slow down, or are even shown. So yeah, major junk right there, the final decision is to be made on the 26th.
