Have htaccess rules to deny entry from particular ips. If you're being botted, set up a vpn and country blacklist, add in a captcha.

Depending on the version of PHP running you could try a null byte. Or see if you can overwrite their htaccess. Or see if you can use the other php extensions like php1, phtml etc...
