I forgot to mention - please PM me if you'd be willing to share your experiences with me. Thanks!
Hello Evilzone members,
I am a PhD student at Nova Southeastern University and am conducting research for my dissertation in information security. I am studying communities of hackers/security experts and would like to see if any of the members here would be interested in participating. I only need 2-3 senior members to interview. I would prefer members who have been active for a couple of years, because my research is focusing upon the evolution of hacking tools/techniques within these communities and you need to have been around long enough to see them evolve
I will not ask for any identifying information and any responses you provide to me will be confidential - I will not even make reference of your nickname. The questions can occur via PM on Evilzone or via any other medium you choose (email, Skype chat, etc). It will not take too much of your time and we will probably wrap up in a day or two with my initial questions and then some followup.
If you agree, I will provide you with a document describing the study and your rights, and then we can begin. I would greatly appreciate your help as your experience and opinions would be extremely valuable.
Warm regards,
Colsanders
