I can guarantee it's 100% correct. But how can that relate to the DNS stuff?

I have tried that before and it still exists. The current DNS is the office own DNS server, primary and secondary. everyone else using the same dns server, but only my machine is behave like this..

I'm sorry if I put this in a wrong category.
So basically I'm running Win7 Pro, connected with LAN to the domain.
The problem is sometimes i can connect to the server but can't resolve the servername to IP. So everytime i must use direct IP when connect to the web application or database server.
I had consulted this to the network guy and nothing is wrong in the server setting they said.
What I don't understand is I have a random time when the problem occurs. Sometimes it works (resolve name), sometimes it doesn't work.
Where else should I check if the problem is in my machine?

If you refuse Visual Studio, then Code::Blocks is the next good one..
