Hacking and Security / Nuclear RAT curious problem! Can't figure this out O.o

Hey so i've been at this for like a month trying to get some kind of RAT to work for me... I need it for when I go on vacation. 
Take a look at these two screenshots:

Yes! it works when I have my internal ip address in the server.
2. http://img803.imageshack.us/img803/4471/connectionj.png
Erm, when I switch to my no-ip address... For some reason, it doesn't show up in my connected computers list. However, it DEFINITELY shows up in the list of connections...
So.... what's the deal here?
My port is open. It's been forwarded to my internal ip. My no-ip address definitely works, it brings me to my router settings page. And my DNS settings are definitely all updated so it's none of that jazz...
What the HELL is the problem?
Yes, these computers are mine own so I'm not doing anything illegal here!
