"Contra" mini-review
« on: November 10, 2013, 09:21:44 pm »

In Contra, the player controls one of two armed military commandos named Bill "Mad Dog" Rizer and Lance "Scorpion" Bean, who are sent on a mission to neutralize a terrorist group called the Red Falcon Organization that is planning to take over the Earth.

My input:

I barely remember this game, as I have last played it on those consoles with yellow diskettes (the original Contra :D). As I remember it was ass-kicking and very hard... oh the joy when you would be killed and had to start the whole game over. If anyone had that console with yellow diskettes, you would remember, that there was no way to save the game, which made completing any game kind of impossible, unless you wouldn't turn off the console for months.
Man I miss that little thing...
Oh and contra too, it was an awesome game :D
