B. Tech with CS or just certificates like Cisco, Microsoft....

Guys, I need some advice here from you.

I am preparing for IIT(India's best engineering institute) and next year, I will get a college( am pretty sure to get the best college in India) and will be doing B. Tech. in CS but I want to go into infosec field and now I came to know about this www.iiht.com. They provide 11 world class certificates that include Cisco, Microsoft, Red Hat, networking professional and such things. So I am thinking to leave this IIT and do this course.

What do you say, should I do B.Tech or this, this is a one and half year course and on passing, they will give me 11 certificates while on doing B. Tech, I will be a software developer or a web designer.
Should I do this course or just do B.Tech??

I think b.tech from IIT's is pretty decent as i have heard somewhere they are ranked pretty high there.and also many Indian IT companies in India prefer students from IIT's than local colleges. there will also be pretty  decent infrastructure and  students from IIT's have to do a ton of projects and workshops and that is most important.rest your choice.
