So I couldn't actually figure out where this topic would fit the best , so I hope here will be ok too .
I'm moving to Canada this august for studies , and obviously , I'm gonna use the internet . Since I come from a country that only worries about child porn as far as the common users are concerned , I would like to know a bit more about Canadian internet laws .
For example , can you download torrents at all , the most common things that are illegal online , can you convert you tube videos to mp3 and such ,ebooks .. I know this must look like a pretty stupid question , but I never actually had to worry about any of those , and I wouldn't want to get deported you know
