Since I started getting really interested/active with my body building, I started cooking my own food. And it has definitely benefit me. I have a 'special' meal I made up one way with some rice, chicken, curry, red peber etc. shit's good.

I have been cooking since I was fairly little so I'm pretty good. I mainly cook Italian food because my family is Italian so that's what I know how to cook. I love making pasta by hand and marinara sauce is probably my favorite sauce to make.

Actually I do make arroz y pollo from time to time for dinner. When I was on vacation in Costa Rica a local let me make it with him.

I enjoy cooking meth from time to time. Hmu.

Speaking of meth, I've been completely addicted to Breaking Bad... It's funny how, in first world + english speaking countries, that show's name has become synonymous with the drug. Cultural diffusion at its finest.

I moved out at 16, so I've had four years of cooking experience.. but my favorite is still the basics... stuffed crust pepperoni pizza.

Well either that or cubed potatoes, ham, and green beans in a pan (like a cake pan), put a fair bit of butter in, cover it and bake it till the taters are done.

Comes out delicious, I usually take the foil off a bit early and put some shredded cheese on it.

@Phage: Yes, making your own food is awesome. And when it comes to body building you totally should make your own food. That's the only way you can calculate for sure how many proteins you took.
@Shadowwolf: Could you advice me some recipe for pasta? Since you have exp with that, it would be nice to tell me something :D

Pretty much all types of pasta are made with the same basic eggs, flour, and a pinch of salt recipe. Pasta machines are great, especially if you can get an electric one, since they do the work of kneading and flattening the dough for you, and have attachments that allow you to shape the dough into different shapes. If you're only planning on making ravioli or fettuccine then you can make it by hand.

Edit:
I'm now a peasant and I'm talking about pasta....

Oh man, m0rph gonna hate me for this...

Breakfast: I love making omeletes, breakfast burritos, egg sandwiches (either over-easy or scrambled style. though i prefer over-easy cause the yolk tastes awesome combined with the toast) and anything egg related. Though I also do pancakes and such on occasion.

Lunches: I like to keep it simple, sandwiches, quesadillas, mac + cheese, leftovers

Dinner: Yakisoba, Soba, Gyudon, Omusoba, Omurice, Cha-han (chinese fried rice), spaghetti, bratwurst (cooked in beer, the darker the beer the better) are all things I'll make

For snacks I enjoy making nachos (grate your own cheese, pre-grated is too salty), quesadillas, grilled cheese sandwhiches, crackers + cheese + fruit. I admit it, im addicted to cheese haha

I'll try to remember to get some pictures off my phone over the course of this week and show you guys what all goes on foodwise in my house ^_^
