First of all DO NOT double or tripple post shit, if you have more to add to you shit use the modify button located above a post, not spam the board with crap.
I don't know why you would ever need 2 routers on a soho (small office / home office) setup. Really, why do you equire two routers? I would like to know.
In any case the second router is just in the way, judging by your set up there is no reason for it evn being there. So, in the case you want to keep it attached to our network this is how it should go:
personal computer -> router 1 (full bridge mode) -> router 2 (half bridge/none bridge mode. DHCP unless you need something else) -> modem (the box your isp gave you, it holds WAN can not change).
Bt this setup is stupid on a home network unless you want to dmz shit or something. It should be, if at home, pc -> router -> modem. Or if your isp bundles pc ->router/modem.
If you want to play around and experiment with I.T. stuff, download and fuck arounnd with PacketTracer. Cisco even uses it for training and even production shit.
Port forwarding happens at the access point, you will need to loginto said accesses point and open ports from there. Unless you can set up said server to run on port 80 or another port that is open enough for you.
Your own some school network aren't you? Or a bisnuess network at your job?
