I know this is topic that is being posted 1000 times but i would like to hear more detailed answer to my question.


How to start doing hacking ?


I have already seen this topic https://evilzone.org/hacking-and-security/where-to-start-with-hacking/ and i am kinda familiar with all the terminology in hacker world. I have watched some yt videos to get some basic idea what hacking really is. But i think all of those videos just explain the core principles  of hacking and the practical ''art'' part has to be learned and done by you.


I have no experience in programming but i understand how to use computer in some advanced way ( some general stuff that anyone learns over the years of using the computer).So i understand that i should first learn ''the language'' of hacking world a.k.a the programming languages. So i need to some resources where i can start learning some basic stuff.


I am very patient person and i like to learn and master new stuff but as you know, when you start you end up in lot of bs for couple of months until you get the idea. But, when you take part in any new skill, you find a person or something to guide you to get some basic understanding so you can start exploring your own stuff so you dont have to bump your head around and lose the motivation. So i would be most grateful if someone posted some key steps and resources for my journey from which i could experiment on my own. Btw, i would appreciate the resources that are for noobs , have the core of the techiques from you can realise some stuff on your own (i hope you get my point). I dont want smt like this : Push this button to get ''this'' !...and you dont get the idea how the button functions, how is connected etc; you just got the result.


P.S I can invest some money into gaining the skill so i can buy books , dvds,  and those stuff. But it would be nice for those to be updated.And the filed i am interested in the most is internet hacking.
And if someone is willing to mentor me , maybe i could pay him some fee to learn some stuff (but i cant afford too much but it will buy you some coffes ) But i would not treat that relationship just as a business deal, but more like a long term friendship (i like meeting new people) but you are doing each other a favor. I would give you money to learn me some core stuff i need to know but later i would like to have a friend with which i can explore the art together. So if you a experienced friendly hacker, we can corporate.

Well, I was told to not be aggresive, so I'll answer nicely

First, the answer to your question is rather simple, in each board there is an intro srickied, indexes and such. So head to the programming board and there will be guidance to choose a language.
On Evilzone people hate the word mentor and even less hiring. I see u noticed that and made subtle references to the matter, just do not say it again. (I'll act like I did not read it)
When it comes to books and dvds, there is a large ebook section with an index, u can choose a book there and buy it if u insist.  Also the tutorial section is where I'll head first if I was you there is also video tutorials there.

U said u watched videos and read the thread about where to begin so no need to remind u, it's not the number of books or dvd's that'll get you somewhere

One more question : Should i start with Linux Kali ? I would use the computer only for hacking and nothing else... i have other computer for doing my professional work.

Depends, Kali is surely great for begginers, and if u are not familiar with linux,  I would advise u to get a general purpose distro first like mint, Opensuse or Slackware. And when u are comfortable using Linux, install Kali. But u can still have Kali now as a Virtual machine just to help you learn

This may sound obvious but with anything in life you will only get to those higher more advanced levels by immersing yourself in teh skill and breaking down to understand everything about it. Once you can do that you can then build up new concepts and tools based on that core low level understanding.. and you never stop learning.

The key is to keep trying until you get it, and if it seems to big and difficult break it down to smaller parts and understand those.

Don't spend money.. you can learn everything for free with a bit of hard work and patience (nothing is done overnight).

Don't expect people to do it for you, and don't aim for this, you need to learn for yourself. People can guide you but you are the one who has to put in the hard work (they have already done that to get to where they are).

My key advice is rather than asking how to 'hack' which is a HUGE topic, break it down into something you are interested in. One tool, or one technique, and master that. Then move to the next. Once you have enough bits you can then put it all together to achieve new things.

With regards to kali, that is great if you want a pre-configured, point and click type system (which is useful for some things) but any linux build is just as good (however you may need to install and configure things yourself, which teaches you more). I prefer Ubuntu most of the time but also use Kali for new things.
