Recording changing voice with on and off

Any apps can do Recording changing voice with on and off button function
Or
Anyone can help me on this?

Example : I alone want to make two different voice. Look like i am talking with other people with my voice.

First no, no idea.


Second if u are trying to hide your voice just know that anyone can easily retrieve your actual voice.
You could make your own with some extremely complex math, but still it is relatively easy to find your  initial voice.

try recording your voice and manipulate it with any DAW (i.e. logic pro, fl studio, ableton, etc...) to see if you can reach a satisfying result. then write a program that does the same thing, without the need of the daw.
or maybe you could try opening your app store and search for "voice changer"? maybe...?

If he uses a voice changer app that he just download then it's going to be really easy to restore his voice exactly as it was.  Any known algorithm isn't going to give you any voice anonymity whatsoever.


You need to use text to speech.  You can apply distortion to it to get a desirable voice.
