bios password toshiba

i have forgot  bios password from my  toshiba and i don`t have access because first apearing screan is bios password . what i know is keydisc.exe but what i`m asking for is how to write this on cd to start when the pass required (should be do some edit on this file), so if someone could tell me details about current editing and writing?

remove mobo battery, most likely hiding under the keyboard on a toshiba however without knowing what kind of toshiba you have to let you know where the battery is

Another idea would be to reset so called "jumpers". I don't know if that applies to laptops thought.
We need a specific model of your machine.

    Open Memory Cover
    Remove Memory
    Remove Black plastic insulation
    Locate & Short CMOS CLR1 for 15 Seconds

NOTE:
All the following models use the same password removal process.

iTpHo3NiX provided a tutorial. That isn't really intrusive at all. It's not like your doing a teardown. Removing a little plastic piece and your RAM isn't like replacing your LCD.

Clearing CMOS is going to be the only option short of a backdoor password but that's dependent on your BIOS and version (Award, Phoenix, etc)

Passes are case sensitive, however you can try one of those (helps if you know what bios you got) then if all else fails the only other option is to remove the cmos battery for a minute or so (without the battery or power connected to the laptop)
