Here is a very old video of the hacker group L0pht members testifying at the US Senate (I am allowed to use the word Hacker in this case, am I not?). It is old but can still be very interesting to some members due to the historic reasons or simply because much of what they said 14 years ago still applies today.

Anyway, enjoy it:

Also, just as a bonus I will through in a vid where you can see what old school hacker room looked like:

"A programmer’s greatest enemy isn’t the tools or the boss or the artists or the design or the legacy code or the third party code or the API or the OS. A programmer’s greatest enemy is getting stuck.
Therefore a crucial step to becoming a better programmer is learning how to avoid getting stuck, to recognize when you’re stuck, and to get unstuck." -Jeff Wofford

Great Hacker's story, I'm not even born when this event happen. Thanks for sharing btw.
The most difficult thing human will ever face is the decision. Not because we don't know what that decision will bring. It is the responsible that we have to take for the result of that decision we make.

I really enjoyed watching this.  I didn't understand most of it, but it was certainly inspiring.  They're like knights in shining armor to me.
If you fear death, you will not truly live.  If you fear failure, you will never succeed.  If you fear spiders, that's completely normal -- don't worry about it.
