I was in the same band wagon, but came to my senses. Why do you hate the iPhone so much? I do have an android phone, but after using my friends iphone 5 for a few minutes I found it to be a reasonably functional device. We compared how we achieve the same tasks on my SGSII and on his iPhone 5 and guess what, in most cases both phones did the same thing with same effort and efficiency. iPhone 5 looks nice, and can be a very good smartphone. Most people (>99%) use smartphones for calling, sms, internet, music, youtube, email, camera, games, calendar and a few other usual things, and both android and iPhone can be used to do this stuff as efficiently. Yes, one might like the look of S3 more, another might like the look of iPhone 5 more, one might like the interface of Android more, another might like the interface of iOS more, but at the end, they are just smartphones that do the same shit.

I know you guys have something against iPhone and apple, but they do make quality products (even though I don't own any as I am pretty broke now and have other priorities). I personally don't give a shit what logo it has or what OS it has or anything else as long as it lets me do what I damn wanna do. Samsung, LG, sony, apple, I couldn't care less. Like >99% of the population, on my smartphone I need a good calendar, good email client, good browser and a good camera. Both android and iPhone do that. So how again do you draw all the conclusions? Why all the hate and emotional anger? Come on guys get real.

omg, I made the mistake of buying an ishit 4 about a year and a half ago. I've had to replace the screen twice, because it cracks very easily. The new ios is fucking garbage: it goes through half the battery while it is IDLING. WHAT THE FUCK!? I constantly have problems using it over wifi, and it fucking blows donkey dick in general.

Basically, I will never make the mistake of ever buying an ishit again.

Hahaha.. Did you gain common sense this year?

@namespace.. The thing is about value for money.. False claims of innovation.. Patent a rectangle.... Bad business practice in general.

I'm just going to say this...the only reason I bought it was because it had the cheapest plan compared to other smartphones that NTT/Docomo had in stock that particular day. Next time I have to buy, I will pay whatever it takes to get anything other than an iphone. Preferably, one that has quality material in the touch screen.

Excuse me? I have 2 perfect examples that the iShit can't do..

1. Try going to Kongregate on an iPhone and play some flash games (good luck) do it on an android and boom, full flash content

2. NFC iPhone don't got it, android does

and until the iphone 5, no notification center, no LTE(4G), etc.

Android innovates, Apple takes other inventions throws a patent on it and says they created it

Thats why we don't like apple and that their product is complete shit. Then they go out and sue other company's who are their major competitor about fucking a rectangle with rounded corners

skidioth, your response to my post missed the point completely. I did not say that apple innovates. I said it is a good product and can do most stuff just as well as android can, and hence there is no reason to hate it. Yes it ain't got no flash, but I couldn't care less for flash on my smartphone (like most people). Yes it it ain't got no NFC but as most people, I couldn't care less about it too (at the moment...). I still have an android phone, but if I would lose it and someone would give me a really good offer on an iPhone, I would get it, as it would do pretty much everything I (and almost everybody else on the planet) need it to do. How much more simpler can I explain this?

What you are saying is like someone would say "Linux is shit because it doesn't have direct hardware accelerated DirectX support and you can't play many good games on it and it is also complete shit because it is absolutely impossible to run the most powerful video editor Premiere Pro and most powerful motion graphics package After Effects on it.". Those are just some things that might break the deal for some individuals, but that doesn't make something "shit".

I firmly stand by my initial statement that iPhones (and all other apple products) are decent devices that can be used very effectively in many cases and environments, and usually might allow the user to achieve same outcomes as if using another similar device/product.
I don't have any apple products because for me the stuff I have atm is good enough and does the damn job (I have tried them all though, and use some of them time from time at friends place).

I am tired of these stupid and childish apple vs linux vs win vs whatever wars. Just use what floats your boat. Just use what lets you get the job done. They all are just damn tools at the end of everything. Nothing else.
