Never heard of that kinde of problem, but try doing cleaning the craps in, temp, %temp%, and prefetch folders. and make sure your screen resolution is suitable with your monitor. And ill stop here, i Could suggest more if you have more info but meh,

This is not the first time you make this mistake. temp and %temp% are the same folder. "temp" is the actual folder and "%temp%" is a system environment variable pointing to the temp folder. I know it's small stuff, but I'm a perfectionist.

It could be because your system doesn't detect the video card properly and sets the frame bounds outside the visible area - it's more of a gfx card issue than a monitor issue.

You might need to dig into your gfx settings. Try windows desktop properties first to set a lower resolution. If that doesn't help then see your gfx card settings, assuming one was installed. Usually with Intel cards when you install driver, an additional configuration program gets installed. Look for such - it should be listen in Control panel.

Wow, no one has responded to him yet -.- , no worries...

First, hover over the process in the home bar, so you can see the title or aero theme thing on it.

Then, right click on the window/bar that appears, click on move, nowpress on one of your arrow keys, and then either use your mouse to steer the window, or use the arrow keys.

Good luck, just ask me if you don't understand, this is all in my head.

:edit: oopsie, I did not understand your question -.-, try what kulv said.
