Absolute favorite game?

I was curious what exactly we all here like to play. I don't usually have to much time to spend gaming, so I can't really get deeply involved with a mmo or the like. My top favorites are Starcraft, Supreme Commander, and (yes, ik, still love it down to this day) the space stage of Spore, with Better Spore and Plat. Spore mods installed. I am awaiting the arrival of space sim Star Citizen too. What about you?

I gave up on gaming a few years ago, it doesn't seem appealing anymore. But the ones I really enjoyed was the AoE series, Jedi Academy and Outcast, Midtown Madness, HoMM3 and Ignition. I spent countless hours on those. I guess the first two CoD titles fit in there somehow. There was also one game that I hold dear and nobody seems to have heard of it: Tanaka 3D. Oh, the memories... Now it's mostly Bubbleshooter, Spider Solitaire and if I'm up for some action, Pocket Tanks.

What is sad, is the only game I have played out of that list is the first one, Link to the past. I'm really not one for fps (although nothing beats a team fortress server with your friends), and I never got into the pokemon series when I was a kid. And the priest was? still is in my book.

Gta is a devil I excluded. The game and everything with it is just fuckin epic, except for the controls. Every Gta has horrid controls which is why I didn't mention them.

NFS Most Wanted, GTA Vice City, Halo,Medal of Honour, Resident Evil,Tekken 3, Revolt, Pocket Tanks and some I forgot ATM.

I have given up playing games too.

The game I played most when I was about 10 years old was Monkey Island (4 diskettes for this game and I remember my father's PC had a 48 MHz processor, man, that was long ago).
I played it so often that I could recite every dialog in it and without any internet or walkthrough it took me a long time to make it to the end. I was so proud when I got it.

Other than that I love RPG and strategy. I played a lot Fallout 1 - 3, AoE 2, Stronghold, Icewind Dale, XCOM: Enemy Unkown (the old one), but also the Indiana Jones Adventure series, Sam and Max, Day of the Tentacle.<3

New school: Need for Speed Underground 1 & 2, Crysis 1 & 2 & 3, Heroes of Newerth & DotA, World of Warcraft & Guild Wars 2, Warhammer 40k Dawn of War, Mortal Kombat 9, TES: Skyrim, TES: Oblivion.

I like action games like crysis and similar to that but my rig doesn't allow me to play games.
I especially don't play games, I play when I have something to download or upload, so I play games to pass my till its completed.
