Somebody is 'smite raping' me

Hello EZ,

Well the title pretty much states it.
Somebody has decided to totally rape my rep for no apparant reason.
It went down by at least 10/15(prob more) in the last day or so.

Im not very concerned about rep but I know that for example its taken into account for a VIP request and that people still look at it.

I think I know who does this and made a hobby out of it.
Probably for putting him back in his place.

Well what do I do?
And for the person doing this; please step forward! just say it to my face.

Yep its been happening to everyone, I mentioned it and someone else said they've been waving their big smite dick around.

This does not solve the problem, the individual doing this will start doing it again and again. I think we need to identify him and give him a warning,otherwise banhammer will be used. That's the best way to stop trolls.

I say ban those smite dicks from EZ for a month or two. Its really annoying to get smitted for no reason and decreasing the karma doesnt help much. Mine was decreased to 5 but.....

Also, there was really no way to track who smited, right? So how will we go and find the person?

Only applaud points should be visible. Negative karma increases negativity. I mean people can still smite but it should only be visible for that member himself. Maybe he can even know for which post he got smited so that he can take actions. Aren't the plus points enough for loyality or good work?

My numbers went from... What does it matter? really, everyone knows how much others contribute... Besides, everyone has the right to smite. Stopping it is the first step to censorship.

that may be it, but it is really easy to create another account, open with tor and then smite. No tech infio needed.

Again someday I would like to do a VIP request.I watch the thread closely and noticed that karma might not be the primary thing that is judged but Its mentioned a lot.
