I believe we have had this idea somewhere, maybe in VIP or admin section. About having a kinda of quiz for the total noobs, and with the quiz you learn what you want to learn, what you like, what you are passionate about and also where to learn it, pointing to topics and guides etc. But this would be a totally separate page from the forum ofc.
if($statement) { unless(!$statement) { // Very sure } }

I like this question. It's based on general knowledge rather than security knowledge, which was what made the 1nj3ct question so hard to get for people who didn't already know security. This question will probably keep out skidds but let in people who actually want to learn.
Have the VIP guys make up questions in advance and switch every week or so. Then you can have a steady flow of questions without exposing them beforehand.

I think that you guys should make a separate board, that's for wannabes and beginners and that the answer to my question by Ande, should be posted and stickied. I think that would really be helpful to noobs.
Sorry for the long post : P
I completely agree with what you just said, there should be a forum for beginners where they could ask questions just to start-off and we could have some basics in there sticky and your topic is of course a good example of some good answers that explain them, along with some links would be an easy how-to start guide.
Good idea. +1 ;)

The section could be available even to non-registered so they could read before answering the question to register, and to register would have a question from that matter, would be really nice :)
