This is not a conspiracy theory. At the same time of the attack the local departments (fire, police) were in a drill for a bomb explosion in the vicinity of the marathon. Eye witnesses claim that before the explosions the voice over the speakers announced for people to be calm because there is a drill going on and nothing to worry about.
Don't you see something weird here? Also there are certain people who claim that the stock market of the US has begun collapsing a few days prior to this. Now I can't claim this as fact because there is no actual proof for this yet, but in case it shapes up to be true, it might be the cause.
bluechill, unless you are prepared to accept that your government is screwing you more royally than most other gvts. in the world (except totalitarian regimes) you will never be able to grasp the connections between these details.
As for the advantage? Simple. They pin it on somebody, then counter retaliate in order to gain some particular advantage or material possession. This is how the U.S.A. works recently, and it's been proven and over-proven that the U.S.G. is a war-mongering institution.
I think before pointing at our facts, you should be checking yours. Most people outside the U.S. are in a consensus on what goes on there. It's not for nothing that most of the world dislikes or even hates the U.S.A. It might be the harsh, but it's true.
Um. You might want to look at the video of the marathon? There was never *any* voice over the loud speakers saying that. Look at the video and then come back and tell me there was that voice. You believe too much of what's on the media and not enough of what video evidence points to. Also, having known people who live in Boston and other major cities, they always do tests like this around major events because it's supposed to make it less likely people do this. The reason it will make it less likely? Because if the person planting the bomb sees a bomb squad nearby they're a lot less likely to plant the bomb. It makes *sense* to do. It is a precautionary measure and if a bomb *does* go off, they can respond *faster* ideally (or if one is found) and prevent less people from being hurt but that doesn't always happen like we see here.
Also I know the US does like to retaliate but they don't do it at the expense of their people. Lets look at all our wars since WWII. Korean War, US didn't want communism spreading so they got into the fight. Same thing for Vietnam although that kind of got a back lash because of how long it took and what the US government fooled the people into believing, that wars were quick (kind of like Iraq!). Desert Storm, US wanted Oil and Iraq invaded Kuwait so we retaliated. Iraq: "They had a nuke and chemical weapons!" "Oh wait, they didn't." Afganistan: "Osama Bin Laden is there! Invade the entire country!" "Oh wait he was in Pakistan." "Raid Pakistan without informing Pakistani officials!"
I know my government likes to go to war but not all of us do. I know certain parts of the US do but, some of us, don't like people having AR 15s or the massacres or thinking violence is the end-all solution. I know I don't.
No democratic government or super power is stupid enough to hurt it's own people to gain a short term or long term advantage because, at least in a democratic government, they'll be voted out of office and they lost the advantage anyways. I hate conspiracy theories like this people they're almost always *wrong*. 9/11? Wasn't a false flag in that the US government didn't plan a strike on our own country..... Newtown? Not a false flag. Aurora? not a false flag. Now this, the Boston Marathon? Not a false flag either.
btw: Without any evidence that's the same thing as me claiming the subway bombings in England a while ago were false flags. We know they weren't but I can make a claim that they were. My point is, just wait for the facts to sort themselves out. We already know a lot of things being spread around aren't true so just wait and don't make conjecture based on "evidence" which can be disproved by video.
