I should have explained myself further.
When I say its like a slightly intellectual religion, I mean in the fact that, once having reached the intellectual point of understanding that not everything people tell you is true, you take that as an absolute, and thus form conspiracy theories almost no matter what. Because your caught up in your paradigm, anyone who disagrees appears to be a fool, who believes everything he hears. Absolutes = no good. Always be open, even if you feel your holding the logical position.
Im not saying that your wrong, but what I am saying is that accusing people based off of hunches, preconceived notions, and coincidence only causes problems. By all means, suggest the possibility of conspiracy, but don't hold to it as your absolute truth without hard evidence.
I understand that you work of off reason, but the example you gave was not hard evidence, by any means. Feel free to get suspicious, but if someone else isn't as well, dont take that for ignorance.
