Cool How long, What terrain and what intensity do you run in?
How many repetitions and sets of pushups and situps do you do?
Maybe you should join a gym so you can do some real strength training instead of just pushups and situps?
You could also run on the treadmill but if you prefer outside you could do that outside the gym. For example when the winter comes, It could be nice to have a place to run where it's not covered in snow/ice.
Usually i 'only' run 1.5-2km, and i try to do some intervals (like 4min running, 30sec/1min break and repeat) and other times i just run without the break.
trying to do;
30x3 situps
20x3 pushups
Sometimes more, sometimes less
And about a gym, sure, if it wasn't so incredibly expensive where i live, i'd have to travel some to get to a place thats cheaper, lol.
