I jog every day (mostly) and pushups, situps etc. No special diet and stuff like that.

One (of several) good things about jogging is that you notice the effect really fast, so it makes it more fun to do so :)
There are no stupid questions, just stupid people.

Cool :) How long, What terrain and what intensity do you run in?

How many repetitions and sets of pushups and situps do you do?

Maybe you should join a gym so you can do some real strength training instead of just pushups and situps? :)

You could also run on the treadmill but if you prefer outside you could do that outside the gym. For example when the winter comes, It could be nice to have a place to run where it's not covered in snow/ice.

What? Please explain in deep details.

Bicycling doesn't have to make you healthy.

What is your definition of healthy?

I run everyday. Usually about 2 miles on a dirt road fluctuating between jogging and sprinting.

Usually i 'only' run 1.5-2km, and i try to do some intervals (like 4min running, 30sec/1min break and repeat) and other times i just run without the break.

trying to do;
30x3 situps
20x3 pushups

Sometimes more, sometimes less :) And about a gym, sure, if it wasn't so incredibly expensive where i live, i'd have to travel some to get to a place thats cheaper, lol.

You compete in fitness? Do you use any other supplements than Creatine?

How is your diet and workout regime?

Pictures?

I saw the thread title and could tell it was you who started it at first glance :P
I do power-lifting (squat, bench,DL allot) , I use my bike allot and I also do allot of trail riding on my motorbike witch is very very intense physically.

Hehe, Seems like you know me quite well :)

How is the powerlifting going?

Are you still eating that beef?

I can see that your motorbiking is going quite well from what i've seen in your pictures.

Once a week I do an exercise activity with a friend. Sometimes it's the gym, sometimes it's a hike, sometimes it's swimming, etc. I also walk pretty much everywhere I go.

My train varies along the time of the year, right now I'm working (only for 2 months so, it's ok if I don't do much exercise meanwhile) I have less time, but the usual was exercise every 2 days and in the gym was 2 different bicycles, and cross, then I would do sit-ups and push ups.
The  bicycles and cross were mainly to keep the body fat free, but the sit-ups and the push ups actually toned the body.
I used to do separated sit ups (superior, lateral, medium, lower, and then complete ones) and between each set of sit ups I would do push ups.
Would total around 300 sit ups and 100 push ups on my best, with 45 minutes of cardiovascular.
If you follow that training for 2 weeks, you'll notice the difference.
The food... I eat a lot of junk and doesn't really matter, that practice it's beast! :P
I also lift some one-handed weights to train my biceps when I don't go to the gym, since push ups don't. Currently I was lifting 16Kg if I'm not mistaken (started off 2 Kg xD)
On weight lifting I advice to start off with a low weight (really low) but to do around 35-50 lifts up in a row, and keep on that until you can do it 2 times, then you can start moving on to the one with more weight, that way you won't simply have huge biceps, but defined ones with lots of strength and resistance.
Thanks for reading,
