turn the Grumpy Resident Entropy to +12udB in Wireshark options.  That will decrypt those pesky GRE packets.

my money is even if someone did type page after page after page of 'this is how you hack 101'  you probably would still just skip to the tool usage and copy and paste it to a shell and run myleetprog.py against your schools server.

TLS..... wins.....

get the mortal kombat ref?

honestly if you are wanting to injection a payload into already existing traffic you would have to hope the user was not using any encrypted web services and would be downloading something for you to inject into in the first place.   you would have better luck stealing the actual phone and running it through some forensic crap to steal the passwords.

Doesn't it sound a little too simple the way you describe it?  Thats why things dont work that way or else everyone and their momma would be doin it.

Hacking and Security / Boston Key Party 2015 - CTF
« on: February 16, 2015, 11:12:42 pm »
Any interest in this CTF event?  Being held Feb 27-Mar 1.

Last year the categories were rev, exploit, crypto and web.  So you could probably presume it would be along the same lines.

Can just setup in a channel on IRC and whack a mole at some challenges.

proceed
