lol you guys are all missing the point.
I'm not saying that there are obstacles or i can't learn by myself. I'm just saying that I don't answer questions simply because I don't have the knowledge or experience to do so... yet.
I also posted this thread, not because I can't do my own research. it wasn't also meant to be a question (I'd go to stackexchange for that), but a discussion, because:
1. I thought it was a nice topic to generally talk about.
2. no article or paper can replace a forum thread. they're just different things. I particularly wanted evilzone's opinion, hence the thread.
Forums are not the best learning sources and I get it. I didn't come here begging for information. I just want to talk about it with YOU guys that's all.

I guess it all comes down to the way you formulate your questions... Because sometimes it really seems like you're asking to be spoonfed. And if 90% of your threads is asking questions, I mean c'mon! You gotta expect sooner or latter people will get mad at you, right?

There's more to a forum than asking questions hoping it will turn out into a good discussion. Just sayin'.

EDIT: BTW, you seem to think everyone is wrong, so let me give you some food for thought:
If you're on a highway and all of a sudden, every other driver in your lane is driving in the opposite direction, will you think they're all wrong?

Again, I didn't ask a question. Is it ok if I ask you to go back and look at the thread's first post and title? There's not a single question mark in there, I was simply trying to start a discussion.

That's a really good analogy and it made me think, if I find another clue that proves everyone wrong (like if I keep seeing the back of the road signs), then Yes I'd think they're all wrong. But if I don't, then I suppose I'm wrong.

1. I'm targeting people who try to teach me moral lessons, not everyone or others who actually want to contribute to the thread and not go off-topic. I mean, if you're not interested in the topic, just simply don't reply to it. Am I incorrect?

Now let me tell you what I think: It's all about the culture. Places like this, people are not actually interested in talking about technical stuff (excluding a few exceptions). Imagine you're a general manager or CEO of a company, and some newbie employee comes and starts talking to you about business or where the company's future could be potentially thrived. Think about that scornful reaction you'd show him while talking. He might even know more than you and be a better CEO in future, but just because he's new, you see him lower than yourself. But if the newbie comes around and starts making jokes, you'll start a conversation with him. Will he learn anything? No, but he got your attention. I've said enough.

The absence of a question mark doesn't mean you're not asking for something. But either way, I was more inclined to your second post when I said that. And still, 99% of your threads are some sort of question.

The embedded gps intenna in cellphones are integrated units that are difficult to experiment with--In that, you cannot purchase them and they are integrated so difficult development platform (not to mention proprietary and controlled by providers). Providers work with law-enforcement tech and so it goes.
