So, legitBS just sent out info regarding next weekends CTF qualifications for the annual DEF CON CTF at Rio, Las Vegas.
There will be five categories!
"3dub", web-based challenges
"0x41414141", exploitation
"\xff\xe4\xcc", shellcode
"OMGACM", guerilla programming
"gnireenigne", reverse engineering
Our team is really excited about the new categories and moving away from some of DD-Teks categories, although they have had some really nice challenges.
What's your guys opinion, you like the new categories - and that "guess-rensics" is gone finally?
