Dark, for it to be a pyramid scheme you need to either bait and switch or have it be a paid, this is completely free.

Nice website, I have to say that I'm not a big fan of social media websites. I feel a bit insecure, as if there is someone is watching you and collecting your private information.

You dont give any info, but if you think they are trying to sell e-mails youre crazy, theyve hosted several conventions.

The idea is you will be paid to promote the products you already promote, like when you first told your friend about Facebook, Twitter, Pintrest all these major social leaders and you will be compensated for it and the deeper your ripple the higher chance for compensation. You dont put a single dime down, so its not a pyramid scheme

You first give the impression that it's YOU who have made the site and I highly doubt that. For the second, this cannot be as new as you have stated. I saw this two months ago where some other crazy dude was going crazy about this. I looked into the videos also the ones you only should be able to see after you have signed up and I then decided that this was definitely not worth my time.

I don't know if they scam you, the possibility is there and I would say that the chance is fair. Also, about they selling your information? Why shouldn't they?

I'm not directly accusing them of scamming you but I have my doubts about this!

IMO, a pyramid scheme doesn't necessarily involves money. On this case, they are betting on users doing the advertising for them, wasting their personal time, and in return they get some type of reward as motivation. I've enrolled on websites like this and it's always the same crap: "Hey, invite all your friends, the more who signup, the more you earn" and in the end you'll only earn some miserable amount of money, or some lousy t-shirt, despite all the time you spent being a nag to your friends/colleagues/known persons. Either way, the world's population in general is not prepared for social networks, facebook has proven that. I mean, posting useless shit and wasting resources for cat pics is not the best use for a social network, am I right?

Edit: BTW, I love it how all your links have some kind of code, what is that about? (hint hint)

you make more money the more people you get to sign up and the more you get your people that you signed up to spam, because they send to those that they signed up etc.....just like a hmmm what are those schemes called again that have 3 sides? oh yeah a pyramid! Remember how annoyed you already are by all those advertisements for male enhancement? sign up now and be one of the people annoying others with them! even better because its a service you sign up for you cant even COMPLAIN about the spam...because you signed up for it! Dont get me wrong it is as far as pyramid schemes go, unique to the best of my knowledge. no one else has tried to make money off of spam in a pyramid scheme to the best of my knowledge. but at the end of the day a rat is still a rat. no thanks.

How did I lie, I am very close with the developers of this. Nowhere did I say this is my idea, I was brought in with a group of my co-workers to help with development. I am in the marketing section of the company, everything you guys are saying is all speculation and just assumptions. If you dont want to do it, then dont do it but dont act like you are an expert and bash someones idea and work.

Thanks

True, it's all speculations and assumptions. But I prefer to stick with my own experience than following blindly other's opinions/advices. Sorry for being so blunt, but when a website says "hey, advertise me and I'll pay you", that's when I reach for my BS gun.
Also, when you leave a link on a forum with a referral code attached, that's enough to raise some red flags. At least for me.
