[C++][Tool] ProxyTool v0.1 by Becks

Hey guys,
 
 I've made something for you . It's a Proxy Grabber + Checker written in C++. It's working with winsocks and doesn't requires any other libs like cUrl or boost. The grabbing takes a second, the checking takes longer. This depends on the Socks. I check if the proxy can connect to google.com if it does the proxy is valid.
 While checking the connection you will receive the country of the ip.
 
 I will add new sites soon, or maybe code something so the user could add his favorite.

Thanks and nice start. Well if this is the only copy and since you are now a member, you better move it to EZ releases where you will find other proxy grabbers, you may learn a thing or advise.  Keep the sharing spirit up.

Upload to EZ not third party site, also post source or explain why there is not source.  Until then you will not have links to it here.
