Hello ,  I have a gmail account .. And i want to be notified via email to my yahoo mail whenever my  password changes in my gmail account without google being noticed .. Like How can I write a code snipplet and integrate with gmail acc

Ugh... you know there is this thing called "Recovery email". Look it up in your google account settings.

@Kulverstukas  Thanks But I want to hide it . I mean Recovery settings can be seen by someone who has hacked my account . But I want it to be permanently transperent ..looking  to write a code such that the mail will be sent to me

What you want is simply not possible...
You might also try the phone notification setting. You'll get a message when ever google detects weird activity.

Is this really your account? I tend to think its you might be hijacking someone's account.

But seriously adding a secondary account in your settings would always send a copy of that notification to your yahoo account.
If you can't explain it to a 6 year old, you don't understand it yourself.

@kenjoe41 lol That is altogether a diff. question but How do i do ? I do a google search but getting no desired results  ..

Kulverstukas There should be some or the other method and I dont want that secondary email or phone notification
