Imacros. Firefox plugin.
« on: October 06, 2013, 09:10:38 pm »
Hi eZ,

I came across this macro firefox addon.
In the past I did quite some fun things with macro's in virtualboxes etc.
Since I wondered if there was any such plugin , I found this.

For those who dont know  , a macro tool allows you to record screen actions and play them back with higher speed, on shedule etc.
Web automation sometimes fails due to javascript, flash etc because these thing are hard to control from a programming perspective.

Wtf where you thinking with that signature? - Phage.
This was another little experiment *evillaughter - Proxx.

Sorry about the revival of this thread (well, it's not that old anyway). I've been using the standalone version (it's basically a GUI that makes use of IE) and I love it. The reason I'm using the standalone version is because I needed mouse/keys interaction with flash elements, and this version has the DS (direct screen) command that simulates mouse clicks/movements or key presses on the screen.
