"Half-Life" mini-review
« on: November 03, 2013, 05:13:53 pm »

Valve Corporation is the developer, and partly the publisher and distributor, for the signature games of the series. Each of these games features the player as the main protagonist, Gordon Freeman, a theoretical physicist initially employed by the Black Mesa Research Facility. Two of these games, Half-Life and Half-Life 2 are full length titles, while two more, Half-Life 2: Episode One and Half-Life 2: Episode Two, are shorter, episodic titles.

My input:

A very awesome game. Goes second in my top-fav games of all time and I truly love it. The first HL was great, however very mind-blowing. HL2 was the shit and it still is... gameplay is long, story is an epic one.
Those episodes that came after HL2, like Episode 1 and 2 were just as amazing, but they were really short compared to HL2 itself.
I am so waiting for Episode 3 which will be the last episode in HL series :(

Two words, Gary's Mod.

Valve has also been hinting on Half Life 3 recently too.

Garry's mod is the SHIT!

and I like how Valve is all secret and stuff... but they suck at meeting deadlines.
