Eclipse Plugin: Copyright Wizard

This is a useful plugin that I found for eclipse.
E.g. I have 221 files in a current project of mine and I decided that they should have a copyright notice right in the first lines. So I looked for a solution and found this:

The Copyright Wizard applies a header with a copyright notice with my prefered license text to all files I specify.

Wait eclipse doesn't have that? i thought i say it.....Just checked, its netbeans that has it on a basic install. thanks!
