Unable to connect to IRC

So ive tried to connect via SSL on ports 9999, 6679 and then even 6667 non SSL... I can't seem to connect.. irc server is set as irc.evilzone.org and just keep getting connection refused... I'm using AndChat on android and its worked before (although that was on my note 3, I'm now on an s5) however I've connected to other networks and it works just fine... not sure what's going on. Attached is a picture which shows the error I'm getting as well as has the non ssl attempt I made

You are probably getting routed to vader. Try connecting straight to another server, like r2d2 or yoda -> r2d2.irc.evilzone.org

Also, it makes sense that you aren't able to connect on port 6679, because that's not the right port. It's 6697.

Thats what I meant. I checked the irc details page. Ill try connecting directly to r2d2 or yoda when I get back on
