is C++0x out already?

i saw somewhere it was supposed to be finished before 2010, but sometimes things take longer than people originally think

im not THAT stupid.its not specific. i see thats its not standard for awhile, but that doesnt say it isnt relleased and able to be learned. no need for the mockery
