Rig and Software Selling Website

Hi Guys,
I'm planning on making a website (I will buy custom domain) for people to buy/sell their rigs and software.

I need the following answers from you all :
1) Is this needed?
2) A good name?
3) Does anyone want to help , i will be charging 0.35% interest 0.o on sales.... ( i can lower)

I don't think something like this would be needed. Ebay does just fine for people selling their PCs.

Aside from all that stuff, when I would trust your introduction, what I won't do like the many people here, you are not even able to found a company. So even if the idea would make sense, you cannot close any contracts yet.

I really dont think this is going to catch on. There are many websites for that already, one being ebay and other local advertisement sites.
