"Bioshock Infinite" mini-review
« on: August 04, 2014, 10:30:22 pm »

In 1912, Booker DeWitt is taken by Robert and Rosalind Lutece to an island lighthouse off the coast of Maine. Told to "bring us the girl and wipe away the debt," Booker enters a lighthouse, doubled as a rocket silo, which transports him to Columbia.
Booker is soon pursued by the city authority when he is found bearing a scar of the letters "AD," matching the description of the foretold "False Shepherd" who will corrupt Elizabeth and overthrow Columbia.

My input:

This game is totally different from Bioshock 1 and 2. While those were under water, I liked that the devs decided to do it different, yet with the same theme.
Bioshock Infinite had a gameplay as long as previous games, but the story was much better. In the end it was a bit tangled, could barely make sense, but overall it's really awesome. There's plenty of action involved - actually the game was all about action and awesome gameplay :D

I played the beginning and loved the look and feel. Though i played it on a different xbox some weeks ago and the audio was all buggisch (front was back etc).

Finished it recently and it was awesome. The story was so captivating and the ending albeit a bit confusing was great. I wonder if there's gonna be a 2.

Finished this game on my new PC about 2 weeks ago, one of the best games I've ever played.
Fucking loved the story, it really got me into the characters and it was one of the first games I've ever played where I was very very sad when it ended. The DLCs were interesting as well.
