Like its predecessors, Gears of War: Judgment is a third-person shooter, with an "over the shoulder" perspective and cover system.
The main campaign is divided into six chapters, each with several missions. Unlike the previous games in the series, which used very large, open environments, missions are self-contained portions of the overall story and returning to earlier missions' settings is never possible. Each mission is scored on several criteria including the number of kills by the player, head shots, and gibs, and up to three stars are awarded. During each mission an optional, harder setting is available mandates certain criteria such as a time limit or a restriction on usable weapons; doing so increases the score.

The best GoW game yet. Has a really nice storyline, however the gameplay is short as usual and ofc as usual with FPS games like this, all you get is running in a straight line while shooting aimlessly at everything and hit every time. Mindless shooting like this is sometimes good. I played it on hardcore and still wasn't very hard. But the game makes up for this with the really damn amazing graphics, crystal clear and crisp sprites and all other 3D shit
HD stuff. Really nice.
What I loved in this game is the "Declassify" missions that harden the current level. I did every one, except for timed levels, because I don't know what the devs were thinking but it's fucking impossible to go through a level in a time frame that they put. Additionally you get more or harder enemies to kill and I couldn't do it with time.
