YESS!!! I'm also a gymrat.

I follow a routine 4 days a week to work my chest, back, feet and shoulders.

I exercised once, but found I was allergic to it. My skin flushed and my heart raced. I got sweaty and short of breath. Very dangerous.

Into fitness? I guess you can say so, I'm making it my career. I'm about to educate myself to fitness instructor and personal trainer.

Anyway, I workout six days a week, to get through my whole body. Besides that, my diet it all scheduled and fitted to me. My plan is to eventually compete in Mens Physique.

Go when I feel like it. Usually 3 times per week. 5 if I am feeling like it, less if it has rained heavly (i bike to my gym-20min, part is dirt road).
The cycle is: chest, back, shoulders, biceps, legs, triceps, all that i have left (deadlift, forearms, neck)+stomack every time.
3sets 12 repetitions, stomack:15reps for 8 exercises.

Diet: bad. eat throughout the day. 2 scoops of Whey imidietly after trening.

Got a gym pass, i usually do some cardio and full body. Might do it more regularly this winter.

I am not into being a bulk, i just like to be more healthy since i quit smoking for 2 years now etc.etc.

It would really benefit you to get a more scheduled/planned workout routine and diet.

You do deadlifts every time you're in the gym? wtf. Also, not enough sets + too many reps.

For some reason, I find it easier to cut than bulk. I have a hard time eating enough to consume enough calories.

Full-body programs are fine for beginners, but once you step just a bit above the average level you're not going to benefit much from it.

I'm not huge in to working out but I try to get exercise every day. I do 1-2 hours of cardio, core burnouts and different types of push ups. I also switch between squats and cleans everyday but the weekends.

what i meant was. I do stomack every time, I do what is left (deadlift...) on the 6th day.

Also...what would be the better count for sets/reps and why?

You do deadlifts every time you're in the gym?
Not as crazy as you'd think...
Deadlifts are one of the best full body workouts, and it has the highest anabolic effect of any lift (Sans maybe squatting)

Endpoint: If your goal is mass... You should work up to dead-lifting/squatting often.
