OK. So BACK ON TOPIC:
I work out but I don't at the same time. I don't regularily go work out, but I'm above averagely active, so I stay thin-ish. I wish I could be a fitness buff but, and no bullshit excuses here, just don't have the willpower/ patience to do it.
BUt my idea of above averagely active is also cycling 4 centuries this summer. (which is a total of 400 miles btw) plus LOTS of training for those, and taking intermural sports, both ultimate frisbee and flag. Plus just in general, y'know, tossing the football around etc, not being a total couch potato haha
If someone wanted to reccomend a, not easy per say, but fast workout I could squeeze in in my one hour break between classes.. keping in mind i require sustenance as well. i'd be all ears. For reference, 200ish lbs, 6 2, would like more core strength, legs are plenty toned from the cycling and im comfortable with my arms, being able to toss around full kegs pretty easily is a fine level for me... I like real strength more than for show too (not saying show is bad, but I do know lots of people do certain exercises because hey want to look a certain way, I just want strength). So yeah, something that would beef up my chest/core would be ideal, with some arm/leg just for balance, but I get enough exercise there just living lol.
