I ve joined once an anonymous irc server,its public  i think. But its mostly some under aged skiddies talking about hacking facebook,anarchy and  ramming each others motherboards. But why join them ,while you can join Evilzone's ?

Well intern0t IRC was good, however their community is pretty empty, dunno about their channel.

I'm on the intern0t channel 24/7 and the activity is not great. We're a couple of people chit chatting once in a while. Sadly, you won't find many technical discussions anymore.

Well, there's always the SmashTheStack/Over the wire network. They have some really great war games going on. But I'm only on the #social channel and you will pretty much only find porn and people chit chatting there too.
