Well, in that game, you know that you hack people because for the missions right?

So I'm thinking that we should really create an app like CTOS.
Ctos is a fictional app in Watch Dogs that makes you control Chicago in-game.
(Ctos meaning Central Operating System)

And I think it is really possible to make an app like ctOS.
That makes us control our surroundings through our phone.
Some of the features being:
-Hacking through CCTVs-Profiling Civilians(May be possible through an app called '
NameTag', coming soon for iOS and Android)

And why do I want a CTOS IRL?
Let's just say I'm a Grey Hatter. I don't want war, nor peace. I just think it would be better if we go through the privacy of people and using it for ourselves, either for good or for bad.
