plz Help (hotel wifi login page) how to bypass?

My current location is near a hotel (100 meters), its strange cause I can still get a fair signal hehe its an open network, but as I open my browser I'm prompt with a login page.
Do you guys have any idea how to attack this type of uncommon setup?

IP over ICMP
Spoofing a MAC Address of an authenticated client.
SE'ing for a user/pass combo.
Some url trickery to bypass their proxy rules occasionally works..
Im sure theres more but im thethered to my phone at the farm, so Im making this brief.

Currently having connection drops its very unstable lately, thus I cant get a decent recon 
looking forward in finishing my long range antenna project to solve this problem

What I like to do when I go to hotels (In NYC frequently so I have better luck) is I look for an Access point and then use Fern to just bruteforce a poorly secured network WEP typically.
