Android SDK help

Hey, I recently downloaded the Adnroid SDK for a Udemy project. When I ran the installer everything went fine but now when I look through my list of packages, I only have the package for android watch 4.4. I would appreciate any help on how to install more packages. Thanks.

It's actually very simple, run the SDK manager and check what you want to install...

I found the problem. I was doing this form school (I'm doing it for a teacher). The school blocked the connection to google's server for auto downloading the packages. I appreciate your help.
