AdNauseam is a firefox addon that works in conjunction with ABP (Add-Block Plus) and even noscript that click all ads it encounters transparently as you surf the internet.
This is to screw up profiling that is done by most ad companies and google ect ect pretty much evey site on the commercial web.
Been using it all of today and have had no problems running on FF 34.0 with noscript and ABP. It reports that it has clicked 67 ads about various topics, it's quite funny.
