facebook hacking question
« on: January 11, 2015, 07:04:04 pm »
I want to know how a facebook hacker is caught. Suppose I made a phishing page and got details of victims facebook account. Then I changed my IP address and hacked victims fb account. And also I logged in to my facebook account from the same ip. Here I have changed my ip so they cannot trace me on basis of ip but is there any chance of getting me caught as I logged in to my facebook account from same ip.

If the IP address is your IP address then you are completely safe, until they notice something...

If Facebook know you have been cracking* peoples accounts then your Facebook days are over. They'll ban you from using their services. If the person knows they have been cracked and they report it. Then Facebook will investigate.

If you have logged into both yours and your victims account though the same IP, then you are speeding up Facebook's time to find you.

Facebook hackers are caught from lack of knowledge and stupid mistakes.

Ok and if I deactivated victims facebook account then what happens? Is he able to report facebook? Supposing that I removed his email and mobile from the account and scheduled it for deactivation.

They can quite simply reactivate it.

When you remove an email, change a password or do ANYTHING that then asks you to Re-Enter your password then Facebook flags this as suspicious activity. Once this happens, they log everything that happens including IP addresses, Web Browser, Operating system and Username for your computer.

You just need to make sure that nothing traces back to you. Do it on a clean install of Kali Linux, use a VPN and use proxy chains! Practice hacking yourself or your friends (with permission!) before actually hacking somebody! Learning how Facebook alerts people etc will help you cover all the tracks you need to.

Victims can email The Facebook Team and report that their account has been compromised. Facebook then asks for some form of identity confirmation before giving them back their account. (or disabling it to prevent misuse or whatever)

Victims can't usually just ask Facebook for IP logs. They WILL have to file a report to the authorities who will contact Facebook requesting the IP logs which Facebook routinely gives to the authorities. Then, you might be screwed depending on how well you hid you traces and how willing the authorities are to catch you.

Depending on which country you live in, hacking a facebook account is usually no big deal... unless you really messed things up...

This is your first mistake and possibly the one that gets you locked up in prison.

I suggest you learn more about protecting yourself before you do stupid illegal shit like phishing for facebook accounts.

You are most likely going to end up in the clink...

Trust me, prison is not a nice place. My Arse still hurts...
